Over more than a year’s wait, @marc_l3 is finally back!! Being the very first service before the soft opening, each dish was spot on from the beginning to the end, and only one dish that needs some minor adjustments. The ingredients and flavours layered up nicely and harmonically. It makes me even more looking forward to why chef Marc can bring to Kaohsiung’s food scene in the future! 😋

In terms of getting maximum nutrition without sacrificing flavor, grilling is a great cooking method. It requires minimal added fats and imparts a smoky flavor while keeping meats and veggies juicy and tender. Though the cooking method for each dish is similar, but it all has its own distinct characteristics.
